ETI and Gel Press Blog Hop
Hello friends. Welcome to the ETI/Gel Press Blog Hop. If you arrived here from Keri’s Blog you are in the right spot. The designers for both companies have been creating wonderful projects. Please leave a comment on EACH blog. Tell us on the Gel Press blog and on the Resin Crafts blog as to which projects you found most interesting or inspiring. One winner will be picked, at random, Sunday, July 31, 2016, at 10pm CST. The winner will get both Petite sets of Gel Press plates and ETI Jewelry Resin! Hop now through Sunday! Winner must be 18 or over and live in the USA. Good Luck
For my project I made a cover dashboard for my planner. I have a very short video showing you how I used the Gel Press. I did however speed the video up so you weren’t here forever. 🙂 Plus it took a little while to dry. Not long though. I have pictures to show you how I finished the cover.
I took the Believe word die and cut it out several times out of the lighter piece of cardstock.
I then adhered the words all over the top of the other piece of cardstock. I really like the way this one came out.
I sprayed the Clear Finish lightly over the entire piece of cardstock making sure not to pool it anywhere. I did this twice. You can kind of see the shine in the picture.
I adhered the panel to a piece of Navy cardstock that I already punched.
To finish it off I stamped one of Ann Butler Designs Stitches stamps across the top and bottom and embossed it with white powder.
Stampin Up Whisper White and Night of Navy
Clearsnap ColorBox Snow Ink
Clearsnap ColorBox White Embossing Powder
Believe Die from The Stamps of Life
The Happy Planner Punch
I hope you enjoyed my project today. Planners are all the rage right now and I love to make dashboards to put in mine. Your next stop is the amazing Sandee. Have a wonderful day friends.
