Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Good morning everyone.
Today is National Coffee Day.
And because of my LOVE of COFFEE
I am participating in the
Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.

I am excited to see what everyone will create today.

Who doesn’t LOVE some coffee?  I started drinking coffee about 20 years ago on a regular daily basis. Now over the last 4 or 5 years that one cup a day doesn’t even cut it. If I am creating in my studio I can have 4 or 5 cups a day. I have a couple of favorite brands. I love Dunkin Donuts and Green Mountain Coffee. I drink all flavors of these brands. I am currently hooked on The Green Mountain Autumn Blend and Pumpkin Spice. Dunkin Donuts has an awesome Pumpkin Spice too. I think the best cup of coffee I have ever had besides the good ole Starbucks was when I was on vacation in Chicago. It was at a little hole in the wall Pizza place in a little suburb North of Chicago and it was truly the best Cappuccino I have ever had. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back.
If I don’t get my coffee in the morning I may not make it through the day. It keeps me going.

I love coffee stamps and sentiments. Crazy right? A while back while I was pinning on that addicting website Pinterest I saw these cute little mini coffee cups. So I ordered some. Today I took 2 of them and made a little holder.
They are the perfect size for a K-Cup. I usually do one with a K-Cup and one fill with chocolate covered coffee-beans.

I started off by covering the cups with some colored animal print paper I had in my stash basket.
I then glued a ribbon around the middle.

I made the little carry box from a piece of Pool Party cardstock from Stampin Up.
I colored 2 C.C. Designs Latte Kiki La Rue Rubber Stamp with my Copic markers.
I adhered each to the outside of the carrier. For the coffee stirs I used the “Coffee” ticket stamp from the C.C. Designs Coffee & Cocoa Logo Set. I covered each with Glossy Accents.

To go with this little set I made a 3×3 gift card. For the front of the card I added the “Coffee Definition” and the “To-Go Cup” from the Coffee and Cocoa Logo set.
Finally to finish it off I added a little twine to the top and an enamel dot to the corner to finish it off.
