Good Morning. Well we did get our hard freeze last night. I believe it got down into the teens. Crazy absolutly crazy weather. It is 24 right now and the sun is shining. Pretty Blue skies. Compared to this yesterday.

Aside from the snow I told ya’ll I made Broccoli Cheese Soup for dinner last night. It was so good. And as promised here is the recipe.

You will need
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
4 Cups of water
1 – 10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli
1 1/2 Cup of Diced Potatoes
2 – 10 ounce cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pound box of velvetta cheese
1 small onion chopped fine

Boil 4 cups water. Add 4 chicken boullion cubes and Stir well. Add 10 ounce frozen broccoli, 1/12 cups raw potatoes, diced, and small shopped onion. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add your 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup and a little bit of water. Stir until well blended. Cook about 10 minutes. Add 1 pound of velvetta cheese. Cook until melted fully. Cook on very low after you add cheese.

I didn’t have chicken boullion so I used some Chicken Stock I had in the pantry. It was exactly 4 cups.

We topped it with a little shredded cheese but you could also add some pico de gallo if you wanted.
